Lots of manufacturers say they can do laser cut sheets... but do they have one of these?

Pictured on the left is our 4-color UV Harris/Schreiber Intertype 1000 Rotary Offset Press. This machine was specially designed to run laser cut sheets 24/7. The back end is equipped with a Martin flying splicer, so we don't have to stop the press to add or change paper rolls. The front end is equipped with an Eagan Batcher Stacker with automatic chip board insertion. That means if you ask for 500 sheets per pack, you will get exactly 500 sheets per pack. At 32" wide and 22" deep, it runs letter-size cut sheets 6-up, making short work of long-run orders.

This press has the flexibility of printing 4-colors (including process color) over 0; 3 colors over 1; or 2 colors over 2. Because it has UV driers, we can run heavy coverage even on coated papers. Without a doubt, this is the perfect press for your high-volume orders.
